Proteome Sciences has developed ProteoSHOP®, a toolkit of gel-based and gel-free proteomics technologies to address differential protein expression in disease and therapy. In addition to considerable expertise across the generic technologies which make up proteomics, Proteome Sciences has built up a range of proprietary techniques including PST®, qPST™ and TMT® for the gel-free identification and relative quantitation of proprietary proteins in cells, body fluids and tissues with a strong focus on membrane and nuclear proteins. These applications overcome the considerable levels of difficulty and complexity of existing technologies and have been successfully used and validated across a broad range of human diseases and model systems.
