Meridian Petroleum plc is an oil and gas exploration and production company. The Group has assets in the USA, where it owns properties in Michigan, Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi.
Meridian also has oil and gas assets in Australia where it has 5 licences in South Australia. The Group is currently seeking to dispose of these assets in order to concentrate its efforts in the USA.
The Company was listed on the AIM market in London in 2004 and has offices in London, UK and Houston, USA.
